1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or submitting campaigns on Rumble Traffic ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Description of Services

Rumble Traffic provides an automated digital traffic simulation, dwell-time generation, and video view exchange management software. Users deposit funds into an internal wallet and place orders specifying target video URLs or web destinations, desired visit durations, and hit quantities. Our automated server network executes residential traffic routing in accordance with configured service parameters.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access campaign features, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The information provided during registration (name, email) is accurate and verifiable.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account.

4. Strict Prohibited Content & Abuse Policy

You agree NOT to submit links, landing pages, or videos that contain, promote, or link to:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any harmful code designed to compromise viewer systems.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, social engineering, or fraudulent financial schemes.
• Illegal substances, narcotics, firearms, or violence promotion.
• Pornography, sexually explicit materials, or non-consensual imagery.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining wallet balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Wallet, Deposits & UPI Payments

Deposits are made in Indian Rupees (INR) via manual UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or authorized payment channels. When submitting a deposit:

• You must enter the authentic 12-digit UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) number and valid screenshot proof.
• Submitting fraudulent, fabricated, recycled, or manipulated UTR numbers is considered financial fraud and will trigger an immediate permanent ban.
• Wallet funds are digital credits solely for purchasing services within the platform.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Trademark Disclaimer

Rumble Traffic is an independent software tool and traffic network. We have no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with YouTube, Google LLC, Rumble Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any other third-party platform.

YouTube, Google, and Rumble algorithms operate under their own proprietary policies. While our service directs high-retention residential traffic to your designated links, we cannot guarantee specific external algorithmic outcomes such as search ranking improvements, organic recommendation placement, or monetization acceptance.

7. Automatic Delivery & Refund Protocol

Orders are dispatched automatically to delivery nodes. In the event an order encounters unexpected technical issues, server capacity limits, or cannot be delivered in full, our background monitoring worker automatically issues a pro-rata balance refund for all undelivered hits directly back to your account wallet. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rumble Traffic, its administrators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, channel suspension, or third-party platform actions arising out of your use of our services.

9. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend or terminate any user account that engages in abusive activity, system exploitation, repeated chargeback threats, or attempts to compromise platform infrastructure.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
